CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THEATRE IN THE FOREST TICKETS:

The management reserves the following rights:

1. To refuse the use of any camera, audio or visual recording equipment.
2. To restrict the consumption of alcohol to permitted licence areas only.
3. To refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to request the ticket holder to leave the premises where necessary; for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.
4. To make alterations to the cast, performance or event which may be rendered necessary by illness or other unavoidable circumstance.
5. The performance will continue in all weather conditions except those where the safety of the audience or performers is at risk. The performance may be cancelled or abandoned for any other reason beyond the Management’s control without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damages whatsoever. However, a refund or exchange up to the face value of the ticket may be made at the Management’s discretion.
6. Not to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property on or around the premises.
7. We regret that (outside of circumstances as defined in item 5) refunds cannot be given, although tickets can be exchanged if at least 48 hours notice is given and a fee of £1.00 per ticket is paid.
8. The resale of this ticket for commercial gain will make it invalid.
9. Audience members consent to being filmed or photographed for Red Rose Chain's commercial or archive purposes.
