CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THEATRE TICKETS:

The management reserves the following rights:

To refuse the use of any camera, audio or visual recording equipment.
To restrict the consumption of alcohol to permitted license areas only.
To refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises and to request the ticket holder to leave the premises, for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.
To make alterations to the cast, performance or event which may be rendered necessary by illness or other unavoidable causes.
The performance will continue in all weather conditions except where the audience or performers may be put in danger. The performance may be cancelled or abandoned for any other reason beyond the Management’s control without notice and without being liable to pay compensation or damages whatsoever. However some refund up to the face value of the ticket may be made at the Management’s discretion.
Not to accept responsibility for any loss or damage to persons or property on or around the premises.
We regret that refunds cannot be given although tickets can be exchanged if at least 48 hours notice is given and a fee of £1.00 per ticket is paid.
The resale of this ticket for commercial gain will make it invalid.
Audience members consent to being filmed or photographed for commercial or archive

CONDITIONS OF SALE OF DVD RESOURCE PACKS

Payment

Schools and other organisations can provide us with a Purchase Order number to make payment via invoice, or pre-pay, as preferred.
Orders from private addresses must be pre-paid before orders can be despatched.

Postage and Despatch

Postage and packing is charged at £1.50 plus VAT per item up to a maximum of £9 plus VAT. For orders delivered outside the UK, packing and freight will be charged at cost - please send your order and we will contact you with an exact cost to include shipping. Please allow 7 days for delivery.

Overseas Orders - VAT and other duties

VAT at a rate of 20% is added to all items. VAT will not be charged to EU members where a VAT registration number has been provided. If ordering from outside the EC, the buyer will be responsible for any taxes, import duties etc.

All DVDs are PAL Region 0.

All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT unless shown and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. We reserve the right to change prices and products at any time. All orders are subject to availability.
